Everything you need to know before visiting a Re-Loved event. For information specific to an individual event — including venue details, opening times, parking and directions — please see the relevant event page.
Do I need to buy a ticket in advance?
You don’t have to, but we recommend it. Advance tickets are cheaper than admission on the door and guarantee your entry to the event. Tickets may also be available on the door, subject to capacity.
Do children need a ticket?
Under 16s can attend Re-Loved free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult. They don’t need their own ticket, simply bring them along with you on the day.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can simply show your ticket on your phone when you arrive.
Each ticket has its own unique QR code which can be scanned at the entrance.
I bought tickets for several people. Do we all need to arrive together?
No. Each admission ticket has its own unique QR code, so tickets can be used separately.
If members of your group are arriving at different times, just make sure each person has access to their own ticket.
I haven’t received my ticket email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us and include the name and email address used when making the booking. We can check your order and help locate your tickets.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Usually, yes. Tickets will be available on the door where capacity allows.
Buying in advance is recommended and advance admission may be cheaper than paying on the day.
Can I get a refund?
If you can no longer attend, please contact us with your booking details.
Refunds are subject to our ticket terms and conditions. Where a refund is agreed, it will be returned to the original payment method and the refunded ticket will no longer be valid for entry.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
If Re-Loved cancels an event, ticket holders will be contacted using the email address supplied when booking and may entitled to a refund of their admission ticket subject to our terms and conditions.
What will I find at Re-Loved?
Re-Loved is a curated marketplace celebrating pre-loved, vintage, retro and upcycled style.
You can expect a changing mix of vintage and retro furniture and homewares, mid-century design, pre-loved fashion and accessories, records, books, art and interesting second-hand pieces from independent sellers.
Every event is different, so the exact mix of traders and stock will vary.
Can I pay by card at the event?
Payment methods are determined by individual traders, so we recommend bringing more than one way to pay.
Most established traders accept card payments, but we can’t guarantee that every seller will do so.
Can I bring something along to sell?
Re-Loved isn’t a car boot sale and visitors can’t set up or sell items at the event.
If you’re a vintage, pre-loved or retro seller interested in trading at a future Re-Loved event, we’d love to hear from you. Visit our Vendor Registration page to find out more and apply.
How do I become a Re-Loved vendor?
We’re always interested in hearing from sellers with well-chosen pre-loved, vintage, retro or upcycled stock.
Re-Loved is curated, so submitting an application doesn’t automatically guarantee a pitch. You can find more information and register your interest on our Vendor Registration page.
Are Re-Loved events accessible?
Accessibility varies between venues, so please check the individual event page for information about the venue you’re planning to visit.
If you have a specific accessibility question that isn’t answered there, please contact us before your visit.
Can I bring my dog?
Our dog policy can vary depending on the venue, so please check the individual event page before bringing your dog.
Assistance dogs are welcome at all Re-Loved events.
Is there food and drink available?
This varies between events. Where food and drink traders or other refreshments are available, we’ll include details on the individual event page.
Where can I find parking and travel information?
Parking, directions and public transport information are specific to each venue. You’ll find these details on the individual event page.
How can I find out about future Re-Loved events?
You can join our email list to hear about new dates and ticket releases, or follow Re-Loved Cornwall on Instagram and Facebook for event announcements, vendor news and previews of what you’ll find on the day.
