Re-Loved Cornwall is an events and markets brand operated by Casta Blue Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 07498644).

Our website address is: relovedmarkets.co.uk

By purchasing a ticket or attending a Re-Loved Cornwall event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Tickets & entry

  • Tickets are sold directly through the Re-Loved Cornwall website.
  • Each admission ticket contains a unique QR code which may be required for entry.
  • Tickets may be shown digitally on a phone or other device and do not need to be printed.
  • Each ticket is valid for one admission only. Once a ticket has been scanned and checked in, it cannot be used again.
  • Tickets must not be duplicated, reproduced or used fraudulently.
  • Children under 16 do not require a ticket and may attend free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Admission on the door may be available, subject to event capacity.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
  • 3. Refunds, cancellations & postponements
    Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours, tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend.
The statutory 14-day cooling-off period that applies to some online purchases does not apply to tickets for leisure events taking place on a specific date. Our 48-hour refund period is offered voluntarily in addition to your statutory rights.
No refunds will be issued for:
Failure or inability to attend after the 48-hour refund period
Changes to vendors, layout, programme or event content
Travel, accommodation or other personal costs
Where a refund is agreed, it will be returned to the original payment method. Once refunded, the associated ticket will be cancelled and its QR code will no longer be valid for entry.
    Event cancellation
If Re-Loved Cornwall cancels an event, ticket holders will be contacted using the email address supplied when booking.
Where applicable, refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
    Postponement
If an event is postponed, tickets will normally remain valid for the rescheduled date.
We will contact ticket holders with information about the rescheduled event and any options available to them.
    Force majeure
Events may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes or other events outside our reasonable control.
Where this happens, we will communicate with ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible and provide information about postponement, cancellation and any applicable refund arrangements.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

4. Event changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Event dates
  • Event venues
  • Event opening times or schedules
  • Vendors, exhibitors or programme content

Changes to individual vendors, event layout, programme or content do not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund.

If a significant change is made to an event, we will provide information to affected ticket holders where appropriate.

5. Vendors & exhibitors

Vendors participate as independent traders and are responsible for their own goods, pricing, sales, compliance, insurance and legal obligations.

Vendor fees are non-refundable if:

  • The event is postponed
  • The event is cancelled due to circumstances covered by the applicable Vendor Terms & Conditions
  • A vendor chooses not to attend for any reason

If an event is cancelled, vendor arrangements will be handled in accordance with the applicable Vendor Terms & Conditions.

Re-Loved Cornwall accepts no responsibility for transactions between vendors and customers.

Please see our Vendor Terms & Conditions for the full terms applying to traders.

6. Age policy

Re-Loved Cornwall events are open to all ages.

Children under 16 may attend free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult. They do not require their own admission ticket.

Children under 16 must remain under the supervision and responsibility of their accompanying adult while attending the event.

7. Accessibility

We want Re-Loved events to be as accessible as reasonably possible, but facilities and accessibility arrangements vary between venues.

Attendees are responsible for their own belongings while at an event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casta Blue Ltd and Re-Loved Cornwall accept no liability for loss, damage, injury or theft except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
