1. About the event

Re-Loved Cornwall is an events and markets brand operated by Casta Blue Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 07498644).

By purchasing a ticket or attending a Re-Loved Cornwall event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Tickets & entry

  • Tickets are sold via Eventbrite, which acts as our ticketing platform.
  • A valid ticket (digital or printed) may be required for entry.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated on Eventbrite.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

3. Refunds, cancellations & postponements (attendees)

Refunds

  • Tickets are refundable only if the event is cancelled, and only where cancellation is not due to force majeure.
  • Tickets are not refundable if the event is postponed. In this case, tickets will automatically roll over to the new date.
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Failure to attend
    • Changes to vendors, layout, programme, or content
    • Travel, accommodation, or personal costs

All refunds (where applicable) will be processed via Eventbrite, in line with their terms.

Force majeure

If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, or acts of God), no refunds will be issued.


4. Event changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Event dates
  • Event venues
  • Event schedules
  • Vendors, exhibitors, or programme content

Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund, except where explicitly stated above.


5. Vendors & exhibitors

  • Vendors participate as independent traders and are responsible for their own goods, pricing, sales, compliance, insurance, and legal obligations.
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable if:
    • The event is postponed
    • The event is cancelled due to force majeure
    • A vendor chooses not to attend for any reason
  • If an event is cancelled (and not due to force majeure), vendor arrangements will be handled in line with individual vendor agreements.

Re-Loved Cornwall accepts no responsibility for transactions between vendors and customers.


6. Age policy

  • Re-Loved Cornwall events are open to all ages.
  • Children under 16 may attend free of charge, but must be accompanied at all times by a paying adult.
  • All children under 16 remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult.

7. Accessibility

We aim to make reasonable efforts to ensure our events are accessible. However, due to venue and site constraints, full accessibility cannot be guaranteed.

If you have specific accessibility requirements, we encourage you to contact us in advance.


8. Dogs

  • Only assistance dogs are permitted at Re-Loved Cornwall events.
  • No other animals are allowed.

9. Photography & filming

  • Photography and video recording will take place at Re-Loved Cornwall events.
  • By attending, you consent to the use of images and footage in which you may appear for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must notify event staff on the day so reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate your request.

10. Liability

  • Attendance is at your own risk.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casta Blue Ltd and Re-Loved Cornwall accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, or theft at the event, except where caused by negligence and where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  • Our liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
