1. Event Overview
Re-Loved Cornwall are curated sustainability and vintage lifestyle events organised by Casta Blue Ltd.
These terms apply to all vendors, exhibitors, food traders and stallholders participating in Re-Loved Cornwall events organised by Casta Blue Ltd.
2. Vendor Acceptance
Re-Loved Cornwall is a curated marketplace focused on pre-loved, vintage, retro and upcycled products.
The organiser reserves the right to decline applications that are not considered suitable for the event’s overall ethos, aesthetic, product mix or visitor experience.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
3. Pitch Allocation
Pitch locations are allocated by the organiser.
While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, pitch positions may change due to operational or safety requirements.
Vendors must remain within the boundaries of their allocated space.
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to event layout, pitch allocation, timings and operational arrangements where necessary for safety, venue or operational reasons.
4. Setup & Breakdown
Vendor setup access times will be confirmed in the final event information.
All vehicles must be removed from the hall or unloading areas before public opening.
Breakdown may only begin after the event closes to the public unless authorised by the organiser.
Vendors are responsible for removing all stock, waste and display materials at the end of the event.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
- their own stock,
- display equipment,
- payment systems,
- insurance,
- staffing,
- and the safe operation of their pitch.
All displays and equipment must be stable and safely installed.
The organiser reserves the right to request changes to any setup considered unsafe or unsuitable.
The organiser also reserves the right to request the removal of products that are considered unsuitable for the event or inconsistent with the vendor’s accepted application.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring they hold any insurance, including Public Liability Insurance, licences or certifications appropriate to their activities, products or equipment.
The organiser reserves the right to request supporting documentation where appropriate.
6. Food Vendors
Food and drink vendors must hold valid Public Liability Insurance, relevant food hygiene certification and appropriate risk assessments.
Food vendors must be able to provide:
- Public Liability Insurance,
- relevant Food Hygiene certification,
- and a Risk Assessment covering their operation.
All catering equipment must be declared in advance, including:
- gas appliances,
- generators,
- high-load electrical equipment,
- and cooking equipment.
Food vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable food safety regulations.
7. Electrical Equipment
Any vendor requiring electricity must notify the organiser in advance.
High-load requirements such as 16amp or 32amp supplies must be agreed before the event.
All electrical equipment used onsite must be safe and suitable for indoor commercial event use.
The organiser reserves the right to disconnect unsafe equipment.
8. Wi-Fi & Connectivity
Wi-Fi connectivity is intended to be available for vendors during the event. However, connectivity relies on third-party telecommunications services and may be affected by network coverage, capacity, equipment failure or other circumstances outside the organiser’s control.
The organiser cannot guarantee uninterrupted or reliable Wi-Fi or mobile connectivity and accepts no responsibility for loss of sales or other losses resulting from connectivity issues.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have suitable payment arrangements and are encouraged to have an alternative means of taking payment where possible.
9. Health & Safety
Vendors must:
- keep walkways clear,
- manage cables safely,
- avoid trip hazards,
- and comply with venue fire and safety procedures.
Emergency exits and access routes must remain unobstructed at all times.
10. Security & Liability
Vendors are responsible for the security of their own stock, equipment and personal belongings.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to vendor stock, equipment or personal belongings, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Vendors participate in the event at their own risk and remain responsible for their own business activities.
11. Conduct
Re-Loved Cornwall aims to provide a positive, welcoming and family-friendly environment.
Aggressive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour towards visitors, staff or other vendors will not be tolerated.
The organiser reserves the right to remove any vendor behaving unreasonably or operating outside agreed terms.
12. Photography & Promotion
The organiser may photograph or film the event for promotional purposes.
By participating, vendors consent to reasonable use of event photography and video featuring their stall or products.
Participation in the event does not guarantee individual inclusion in Re-Loved Cornwall’s social media, advertising or promotional content.
13. Cancellation & Force Majeure
Vendor bookings are non-refundable except at the organiser’s discretion.
If a vendor is unable to attend, any transfer or credit offered towards a future Re-Loved Cornwall event will be entirely at the organiser’s discretion.
If the event is cancelled, postponed, delayed or disrupted due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, venue closure, utility failure or public safety concerns, the organiser shall not be liable for compensation or consequential losses.
Where possible, any remaining funds after unavoidable event costs may be used towards partial refunds, transfer of bookings to a future event, or event credit at the organiser’s discretion.
14. Agreement
By submitting payment for a pitch, the vendor confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
